Download vCardKaelyn Barbour is a dedicated associate attorney specializing in product liability defense, property damage, and commercial litigation in the firm’s Melbourne office. Prior to joining Littleton Joyce Ughetta & Kelly LLP, Kaelyn focused her time as a litigation associate in Florida handling commercial litigation and property damage claims, as well as family law matters through all phases of litigation. Before returning to Florida, Kaelyn served as an Associate Prosecutor in Mercer County, New Jersey where she successfully prosecuted felony and misdemeanor cases in the Juvenile and Domestic Violence Units, and served on a team handling appeals in the Appellate Division.
Kaelyn earned her Juris Doctor cum laude from Vermont Law School, graduating with a General Practice certificate. During law school Kaelyn served on the Senior Editorial Board of the Law Review as a Senior Articles Editor, Production Coordinator, Staff Editor, and member of the Competition Content Selection Committee. Kaelyn received the Thomas Debevoise Leadership Award for her role serving as the President of the Moot Court Advisory Board and participated as a member on the Emory Civil Rights and Liberties Competition Team and Tulane International Baseball Arbitration Competition Team. Kaelyn served as a Dean’s Fellow and Teaching Assistant for Torts, Property, and Legislation and Regulation courses. While in school she interned as a Summer Law Clerk with the U.S. Department of Justice Environmental Enforcement Section assisting on complex environmental litigation matters.
As a native Floridian, Kaelyn enjoys spending her free time outdoors fishing and kayaking, traveling to MLB parks around the country, and spending time with friends and family.
