Douglas has twenty years of experience in civil litigation. He offers experience in intellectual property and commercial litigation in a wide range of contexts. His litigation experience also includes property and casualty, product liability, general liability, automobile tort, construction accidents, defect and contractual disputes, premises liability, defamation and invasion of privacy, insurance coverage, and subrogation. 

Douglas served his country with honor in the United States Marine Corps during 1989-1995 and his community in the Jaffrey Police Department, Jaffrey, NH during 1993-1995.
